对于低压大功率电机,为了获得适宜的通电截面,往往需要多根电磁线进行并联,同时,电机绕组的引接线部分,为了规避电机物理空间的局限性,以及电机接线、绕组绝缘处理过程可能涉及到的质量问题,也会通过多根较细导电直径的引接线进行关联。问题来了,并联的引接线如何与并绕的电磁线进行连接?如何保证连接后绕组及引接线的正常运行?这是一个非常关键和重要的设计和工艺控制环节。

 

从简单的物理知识我们可以分析,只有将每一相多股并绕的电磁线均匀地分配给多根的电机引接线,且保证每一个连接部位都可靠,才能有效保证电机绕组性能的正常运行,任何分配的不均匀,以及头尾分配的不一致性,都可能导致引接线及电磁线电流密度的不均匀,出现绕组或引接线发热的不良后果。
