华北工控基于12/13代 Intel Core处理器推出了一款高能效、I/O接口丰富的嵌入式主板MATX-6153,支持DDR5高速缓存,高功率为125W,还提供出色的音视频处理、千兆以太网/4G/5G/Wifi/蓝牙/SIM联接和多重扩展能力,可助力多行业领域客户实现AI、IOT功能的灵活部署。

 

01支持更大数据集的高效处理

MATX-6153可选Intel H610/Q670/Q670E/Z690芯片组,支持12/13代 Intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9处理器,并可在125W功耗下提供高i9级别的24核心36线程,支持密集型AI加速运算。
 

MATX-6153搭载Q670/Q670E/Z690芯片组支持4*UDIMM内存插槽,支持DDR5 4800MHz,高可达128GB运行内存(搭载H610/H610E芯片组时为2*DIMM),带宽及数据吞吐量优势进一步放大。支持4*SATA3.0、1*M_KEY M.2 2280 NVME SSD实现高速缓存和进一步扩展存储容量(搭载Q670/Q670E/Z690芯片组时为PCIEx4 GEN4,支持SATA RAID 0/1/5/10;搭载H610/H610E芯片组时为PCIE x2 GEN3,不支持RAID)。

MATX-6153可以集成英特尔锐炬®Xe显卡和英特尔®超核芯显卡(型号取决于CPU),并支持1*PCIe x16(16-lanes) GEN5满足RTX3080/4090大显卡的机械安装需求,以此实现更强的图显性能。支持1*VGA、1*HDMI、2*DP接口满足独立多显和高4K分辨率显示需求。
 

02强大的联网能力和可扩展性

MATX-6153支持2*千兆RJ45网口,1*SIM、1*M.2 B Key 3042/3052接入4G/5G模块和1*M.2 E Key 2230接入Wifi/蓝牙,以此提供灵活的网络应用环境。支持4*RS232、2*RS232/RS422/RS485接口实现长/短距离更高速率的数据传输,以及6*USB3.2 GEN1(5Gbps)、9*USB2.0(搭载H610/H610E芯片组时支持4*USB3.2 GEN1、7*USB2.0)实现多智能设备更高速率的互联互通。

MATX-6153支持2*Line out、2*Mic in、1*Line in接口满足多种类音频设备播放需求;支持3*PCIe x4插槽实现更多扩展(搭载Q670/Q670E/Z690芯片组时为4-lanes GEN4,搭载H610/H610E芯片组时为1-lane GEN3),以及1*PS/2、8*GPIO、1*CPUFAN、1*SYSFAN、1*JCASEOPEN、1*JFP、1*AMP接口实现更多外设接入。

MATX-6153支持AMT基于专用硬件的安全性增强功能(搭载Z690/H610/H610E芯片组时不支持此功能) 。开发了软件看门狗功能,适配Windows 10、Linux操作系统,可以提供更安全稳定的系统运行环境。支持标准ATX 24Pin +8Pin电源供电,输出稳定。满足0℃~60℃宽温作业要求,并具备抗电磁干扰等技术特性。尺寸为244mmx 244mm,体积小,更易于部署。
