在机器人的实际使用中,有的时候需要对机器人的相关轴的运动范围进行限制,防止碰撞等情况的发生。如下面的压铸工作站,可以对机器人的一轴的运动范围进行设定,防止误操作致使机器人与压铸机发生碰撞。
要对关机轴运动范围进行设定,以设定一轴为例,我们按照如下步骤进行配置:
ABB主菜单-控制面板-配置-主题选择“motion”-双击“Arm”即可进入关节轴运动范围设定界面,如下图所示,rob1_1~rob1_6分别对应的是机器人的六个轴。进入rob1_1设置界面,设定“Upper Joint Bound”和“Lower Joint Bound”两个参数的值,即可设定机器人运动上限和下限的运动范围。

ABB main menu - Control panel - Configuration - Theme selection "motion" - Double click "Arm" to enter the joint axis motion range setting interface, as shown in the following figure. rob_1~rob_1 correspond to the six axes of the robot. Enter the rob_1 setting interface and set the values of the "Upper Joint Bound" and "Lower Joint Bound" parameters to set the upper and lower limits of the robot's motion range.
